| Contingency Recruiting Program |

| Our Contingency Program is a basic but extensive recruiting program offered by TechnaSource. Our firm will provide a complete and extensive search to fill your positions with the best possible candidates. It is our full service recruiting and includes: |

- Extensive candidate search within thousands of resumes
- Interviewing candidates to ensure a well qualified individual
- Arranging interview dates with your hiring managers
- Handling any salary negotiations and follow up with candidates and managers
- No fee deposit is required, our fee is due upon hire

Retained Recruiting Program |
| |
Our Retained Program is offered to all clients and requires an upfront fee from our client. We can often offer a slight discount when this program is chosen. This program offers all of the same service that our Contingency Program provides and really allows us to develop a relationship with the hiring managers. Very often, these are positions that have certain urgency and an immediate need to be filled. |

Customized Recruiting Programs |
| |
Our Custom Programs are primarily for larger clients with 10 or more positions that need to be filled. These programs often contain a six month minimum contract. For these programs, generally a flat fee is charged for each position and a substantial discount is available.
In 2004, TechnaSource managed an average of 40 permanent hire positions per month for Nextel Communications. This recruiting assignment also included extensive human resource functions handled by TechnaSource.
This type of customization really allows our clients to realize full service recruiting when building a department or a division within their company. This can also be useful for smaller companies that are realizing extensive growth, but do not have the HR or recruiting department in place to handle the workload. |

| Temporary or Contract Recruiting Programs |

TechnaSource also offers Contract and Temporary placement. We offer long term (6 month or more) assignments and also can manage shorter term assignments (3 month or less) for clients in any area of the country or world. Our search methods for finding the proper candidate are the same extensive procedure we use for our permanent positions. |
